About Level One

Level One Magazine is a print pop culture fanzine produced in Wellington, New Zealand. Level One prints articles about comics, videogames, board games, roleplaying games, radio controlled cars, movies, sci-fi, fantasy, TV, and more.

Level One is definitely a magazine with attitude, but our goal is to be open and honest. If something sucks balls, we'll tell you straight up.

We don't bend to some corporate will. Level One is a magazine by geeks, for geeks.

Level One would not be possible without all the great people who write for us. While most of the content that goes into the print magazine is local to New Zealand, this website opens the door to a global audience and more timely content such as articles and news.
